In order to participate on the conference, you have to fill in the registration form until 27th May 2025.

CALL FOR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

In order to participate on the conference with a scientific talk, an extended abstract should be submitted (2 to 4 pages in Word) until 27th May 2025. 

Notification on acceptance will be sent continuously, latest until 28th May 2025. 

The extended abstract should be 2-4 pages long and composed in a Word file: EXTENDED ABSTRACT TEMPLATE

CALL FOR PUBLICATION

Extended abstracts will be published in a booklet with ISSN number, along with the program.

There will be opportunities to publish the full papers of the presented talks in edited volumes published by Springer, following a peer-review process. Additionally, selected papers may be considered for publication in special issues of high-quality, indexed journals.
